Be sure to specify Vertical or Horizontal. Words are Permanently engraved into frame for longevity (not applied to surface). Available in 4"x6", 5"x7" and 8"x10". Standard saying is: "Forever Loved, Forever With Us" (as pictured) Glass included. Please be sure to write "Yes" in Add 2 Hearts optional box if preferred (see image).
Refunds and Returns are not available on custom orders unless a picture is provided with visual proof of our error. Standard saying frames can be returned but customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Refund is posted within 5 days of receipt of product with no damage.
