Be sure to specify Vertical or Horizontal. Words are Permanently engraved into frame for longevity (not applied to surface). Also specify words on top or bottom. Available in 4"x6", 5"x7" and 8"x10". Glass included.
Refunds and Returns are not available on custom orders unless a picture is provided with visual proof of our error. Standard saying frames can be returned but customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Refund is posted within 5 days of receipt of product with no damage.
