Refunds and Returns are not available on custom orders unless a picture is provided with visual proof of our error.  Standard saying frames can be returned but customer is responsible for return shipping cost.  Refund is posted within 5 days of receipt of product with no damage.  Please email or text for details/instructions.

Please be sure to specify in size chart whether Vertical or Horizontal  and whether text will be at top or bottom in the "Text Location" box when ordering.  Satin Finish face that is 1.5" on 8x10 and 1.25" on 5x7 and 4x6.  Inlcudes Glass.
